We created wellnessfloor as an artistic counter-narrative to generic clinical health sites and intense wellness pressure. Our goal is to offer intuitive, aesthetic digital tools that help individuals cultivate personal daily balance.
Small everyday choices create sustainable long-term harmony without burnout.
Your routine entries, journals, and goals stay strictly inside your own device.
Artistic interfaces designed to bring calm rather than overwhelming notifications.
Most wellness platforms begin with a diagnosis. They assume something is wrong, offer a fix, and measure success in streaks, scores, and notifications. We wanted to build the opposite: a quiet space that assumes you are already whole, and simply offers tools to help you stay that way. No pressure, no shame, no gamified guilt. Just gentle structure for the habits you already want to keep.
The idea began as a small personal project โ a set of simple trackers and journal prompts, designed for our own use and shared with a handful of friends. What we noticed, over months of using them, was that the tools which helped most were not the most feature-rich. They were the calmest. The ones that asked very little of us, and gave a little back each time we returned. That insight became the founding principle of wellnessfloor.
Everything we make is deliberately minimal. A tracker has only the fields it needs. A journal has only the prompts that help. A dashboard shows only the numbers worth looking at. We resist the temptation to add features, and we remove anything that feels like noise. The result is a set of tools that behave less like apps and more like well-designed objects โ things you pick up, use, and put down without thinking twice.
We are also firm about privacy. Your routines, journals, and goals are stored entirely on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is analysed, and nothing is shared. This is not a marketing promise but an architectural one: the tools are built to work locally, because your inner life is not our business. We do not want to know what you write. We only want the tools to be there when you do.

We are not trying to optimise your life. We are trying to give you a small, beautiful, private space to notice it. If the tools help you feel a little more grounded, a little more present, and a little less rushed, then they are doing exactly what they were built to do.

wellnessfloor operates primarily as a client-side frontend application. All your habit entries, hydration logs, journal reflections, and saved tools are stored exclusively in your Web Browser's Local Storage (`localStorage`). We do not transmit or store your personal wellness reflections on external server databases.
Any email addresses submitted via the subscription forms on this site are stored locally within your current browser instance for demonstration purposes only (`wellnessfloor_newsletter_emails`).
This site does not use advertising pixels, third-party tracking scripts, session recorders, or analytics services that identify individual visitors. There are no cookies set for marketing purposes, and no data is shared with advertising networks. Any metrics we collect โ if any โ are aggregate and anonymous, and never tied to a person.
You are in full control of what you enter into the tools on this site. Because everything is stored locally, nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly export it yourself. We have no ability to read, recover, or delete what you have entered, because it never reaches us. Treat your browser's local storage as you would a private notebook: it is yours, and it stays with you.
You can remove all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data, cache, or local storage for this domain. Doing so will reset all tools to their default state and delete any saved habits, journal entries, or newsletter preferences. Once cleared, this data cannot be restored by us, as we never held a copy.
